NEW YORK (AP) — Starbucks is raising prices again starting Tuesday, with the increases ranging from 5 to 20 cents for most affected drinks, the company said. The Seattle-based company also raised prices nationally about a year ago. A small and large brewed coffee will each go up by 10 cents in most areas of the country, Starbucks says. That would bring the price of a large coffee to $2.45 in most U.S. stores.

Greece's departing Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis resigned Monday with the same dramatic flair with which he served. At the heart of the bitter dispute is a disagreement about what to do with Greece and its debt — an estimated to be more than 300 billion euros ($332 billion). Varoufakis vehemently opposed any proposal that did not include debt relief or restructuring, even saying he would cut off his arm rather than sign an agreement without them. He felt Greece was is caught up in a crisis of Europe's own doing. Lenders, however, were pushing for agreement that included austerity measures and might limit how much they lose in bad loans to the country.

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) — Atlantic City's efforts to recapture some of the tourism dollars it has lost to casino competition in recent years finally appear to be working. Now, cash sales at non-gambling outlets within casinos represent 28.5 percent of revenue, up from 22.3 percent two years ago, and bars have increased their payrolls by nearly 39 percent in the past two years, according to a recent study conducted by the consulting firm Tourism Economics and commissioned by the Atlantic City Alliance, which promotes the resort to other parts of the country. The study didn't address profits, but many casinos have reported upturns in profits after adding extras.
