(AP) — New York financial regulators have reached a settlement with Ocwen Financial Corp. requiring the nation's largest subprime mortgage servicer to reform its practices and provide $150 million to help struggling New York homeowners. The settlement of the state Department of Financial Services investigation also requires an independent monitor on site for up to three more years.

Express Scripts to shift coverage away from pricey hepatitis C drugs like Sovaldi

The nation's largest pharmacy benefits manager is throwing its weight into a fight over the high cost of treating hepatitis C, saying it will cover a new drug from AbbVie while pulling back on more expensive options from rival drugmakers. Express Scripts will still cover the other drugs if patients have already started treatment or if the patient has a clinical exception and needs those particular drugs.

Managed Care companies shares mixed at 10 a.m.

NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top managed care companies are mixed at 10 a.m.: Aetna fell $.29 or .3 percent, to $90.55. Anthem fell $.02 or percent, to $127.93. Cigna Corp. rose $.39 or .4 percent, to $104.92. Humana Inc. rose $.74 or .5 percent, to $147.21.
