NEW YORK (AP) — Chipmaker Marvell Technology slashed its revenue forecasts Friday, saying weak results from the PC and storage markets and reduced demand from emerging markets are hurting its business. Taking the abs out of Abercrombie, teen retailer ditches beefcake models, racy ads

NEW YORK (AP) — Abercrombie & Fitch is saying goodbye to the shirtless beefcake models who greeted customers at its doors. The moves are part of a new set of changes the retailer announced Friday as it distances itself from the controversial sexualized image established by former CEO Mike Jeffries, who abruptly resigned in December amid sluggish sales. Jeffries was at the helm more than two decades. But analysts wonder: if Abercrombie ditches the "sexy," what new marketing gimmick will the retailer embrace to get shoppers back in its stores?

NEW YORK (AP) — Roger Goodell says the two stadium projects in the Los Angeles area look promising enough to lead to the return of the NFL to the nation's second-largest city. New York officials, law schools launch effort to help tech startups navigate regulations

NEW YORK (AP) — Technology startups and New York authorities will get each other's input on dealing with regulations under an initiative announced Friday by the state attorney general and New York City's chief lawyer. "This will help new companies navigate our regulatory system, but it will also provide insights to the state and local government about outdated or overly cumbersome rules, and trends that we need to be aware of," Schneiderman said at a Fordham University School of Law conference on the sharing economy. It's a term for some tech companies that connect customers and providers of accommodations, transportation and other services.
