PRAGUE (AP) — Slavia Prague says CEFC China Energy Company has acquired a majority 59.97 percent stake in the oldest Czech football club. Slavia, in financial trouble in recent years, says the change is meant to ensure a quick financial stabilization of the club and its long-term development. In a statement on Friday, the club says Fly Sport, a company owned by Czech businessman Jiri Simane, has a 39.97 stake.

Cincinnati-based Fifth Third Bank to sell 17 Pittsburgh-area branches to First National

PITTSBURGH (AP) — A Cincinnati-based retail bank is selling its 17 Pittsburgh-area branches. Fifth Third Bank announced Thursday it's selling the branches to First National Bank of Pennsylvania. The sale is expected to close in early 2016 and is part of a larger consolidation. Fifth Third Bank had announced plans in June to shutter or sell about 100 of its 1,300 branches nationwide because of a customer-shift toward electronic banking.

US stocks slip in early trading as investors consider the latest employment numbers

NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are opening lower after two days of gains as traders look over the latest report on the U.S. job market. The Dow Jones industrial average fell 225 points, or 1.4 percent, to 16,157 in the first few minutes of trading Friday. The Standard & Poor's 500 index gave up 23 points, or 1.2 percent, to 1,927. The Nasdaq composite slipped 52 points, or 1 percent, to 4,682.

Disney unleashes its full marketing 'Force' with Star Wars toy launch months ahead of movie

NEW YORK (AP) — The release of the new Star Wars movie may still be months off, but Disney is unleashing its full marketing "Force" behind the launch of hundreds of toys and other items related to the film. The marketing push behind "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens," is unique because it's so far ahead of the movie's U.S. release, 116 days to be exact. But analysts say it can work because Star Wars is such a popular franchise.
