ZURICH (AP) — The latest on FIFA developments: ___ 8 p.m. (1800 GMT; 2 p.m. EDT) Victorious FIFA President Sepp Blatter has warned European soccer that it faces losing influence on his executive committee. After defeating challenger Prince Al bin al-Hussein on Friday, Blatter said FIFA "must have a better representation of the confederations and the number of members" on its executive panel. The prince had been backed by most members of UEFA, the European soccer body.

(AP) — A company that wants to build windmills off the coast of Atlantic City will take its case to the New Jersey Supreme Court following an appellate court's rejection of the plan. Company CEO Chris Wissemann said Fishermen's Energy will appeal to the high court within the next few weeks.

Arkansas governor OKs $87 million incentive package for Lockheed Martin for site at Camden

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Legislation that Gov. Asa Hutchinson signed into law Friday authorizes an $87 million incentive package to help lure a major defense project to Arkansas. The bonds won't be issued unless Lockheed wins the contract, which is expected to be awarded late this summer. "They're in a very competitive position," Hutchinson said. "I've tried to do my own background research, talk to the federal delegation ... my sources at the Defense Department just as to what are the opportunities here. And I think they're good, but it is a competitive environment."

HONOLULU (AP) — Hawaii County's top prosecutor said Friday he will dismiss charges against about 10 of the 31 protesters who were arrested while blocking construction of a giant telescope on a mountain held sacred by Native Hawaiians. The remaining people arrested last month were charged with obstruction of government operations.
