LA voters back measure to cap number of pot shops

Los Angeles voters have approved a proposition limiting the number of medical marijuana dispensaries in the city. With all precincts reporting Wednesday, Proposition D had around 63 percent of the votes in Tuesday's election. Two competing measures to regulate medical pot sales lost by around the same margin.

LOWERED EXPECTATIONS: For the full year, Target now expects $4.70 per share to $4.90 per share. That's down from its original guidance of $4.85 per share to $5.05 per share. Analysts had forecast $4.63 per share for the year.
