Eurozone finance official: no decision what to do after Greek bailout ends after next month

ATHENS, Greece (AP) — A top eurozone finance official says there is no decision so far on what to do after Greece's bailout program runs out at the end of next month. The Dutch minister spoke after meeting with the new Greek government in Athens. His visit comes after Sunday's election win by the radical Syriza party on pledges that included seeking forgiveness of more than half of Greece's the debt. The government has promised to renege on key budget reforms required in exchange for 240 billion euros ($270 billion) in rescue loans.

GenCorp posts 4th-quarter profit of $10.1 million

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. (AP) _ GenCorp Inc. (GY) on Friday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $10.1 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier. The Rancho Cordova, California-based company said it had net income of 15 cents per share. The maker of aerospace and defense products and systems posted revenue of $439.6 million in the period.

US economy slows to 2.6 percent growth in Q4 despite strongest consumer spending since 2006

WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. economic growth slowed in the final three months of 2014 as a big burst in consumer spending was offset by weakness in other areas. Consumers did their part in the fourth quarter, pushing up spending by fastest rate in nearly nine years. But businesses investment, trade and government spending weakened.

Westfield Financial posts 4Q profit of $1.7 million, result misses forecasts

WESTFIELD, Mass. (AP) _ Westfield Financial Inc. (WFD) on Friday reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.7 million. The Westfield, Massachusetts-based company said it had net income of 9 cents per share. The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 10 cents per share.
