BRUSSELS (AP) — Greece and its international creditors are still struggling to agree on a list of economic reforms that are deemed necessary for the country to unlock emergency funds and stay afloat. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, elected in January, has been allowed to craft his own reform measures but only if the net effect is the same as that outlined in Greece's current bailout prescription. An agreement with creditors will unlock the next funds due from Greece's bailout.

Neovasc posts fourth-quarter loss of $6.1 million

RICHMOND, British Columbia (AP) _ Neovasc Inc. (NVCN) on Monday reported a loss of $6.1 million in its fourth quarter. On a per-share basis, the Richmond, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of 11 cents. The medical device company posted revenue of $2.7 million in the period. For the year, the company reported profit of $15.2 million, or 29 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $12.6 million.

Insurer UnitedHealth to spend $12.76B on pharmacy benefits manager Catamaran

The nation's largest health insurer, UnitedHealth, has muscled up in its fight against rising specialty drug costs, spending more than $12 billion to buy pharmacy benefits manager Catamaran Corp. UnitedHealth Group Inc. already has a PBM business named OptumRx that fills about 600 million prescriptions annually. Catamaran expects to fill 400 million this year.

French police official: Crash probe centers on psychological state of German co-pilot

MARSEILLE, France (AP) — European investigators are focusing on the psychological state of a 27-year-old German co-pilot who prosecutors say deliberately flew a plane carrying 150 people into a mountain, a French police official said Monday. Lubitz was the co-pilot of Germanwings Flight 9525 last week that crashed into a French Alps mountain near Le Vernet en route from Barcelona, Spain, to Duesseldorf, Germany, killing everyone on board.
