Netflix is going Dutch. The online video giant says it will expand into the Netherlands, its 41st country, later this year. Maine governor to stop talking to 3 newspapers

The communications chief for Maine Gov. Paul LePage says it was her decision to put three newspapers on notice that she, the governor and other administration officials will no longer speak to them. Her decision follows a Portland Press Herald investigation of LePage's environmental commissioner, a former lobbyist portrayed as working behind the scenes to roll back environmental laws and regulations. Executive Editor Cliff Schechtman says such journalism "makes the powerful uncomfortable."
