(AP) — FBI agents and Indiana State Police raided the home of Subway restaurant spokesman Jared Fogle on Tuesday, removing electronics from the property and searching the house with a police dog, two months after the then-executive director of Fogle's foundation was arrested on child pornography charges.

US airlines on-time rating improves from a year ago despite storms that caused long delays

WASHINGTON (AP) — The latest government report shows airlines doing a little better at arriving on time. The Transportation Department said Tuesday that 80.5 percent of flights operated by the leading airlines were on time in May, up from 76.9 percent in May 2014. But the on-time rating was down slightly from April's 81.8 percent, and 16 flights were stuck on the tarmac longer than federal rules allow. Ten of those flights were on the same stormy day at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston.

Shares of Advanced Micro Devices fall to nearly 3-year low after weak

NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of Advanced Micro Devices Inc. fell to their lowest point in nearly three years Tuesday, a day after the chipmaker said weak demand for personal computers will hurt its revenue in the second quarter. Chipmakers, such as Intel Corp. and Micron Technology Inc., have been hurt by weak demand for desktop computers. Sales for PCs have been falling as more people use their smartphones and tablets instead. Research company Gartner estimates PC makers shipped 71.7 million computers in the first quarter of the year, down 5.2 percent from a year earlier.

Qatari offshore rig has accident in Gulf oil field, months of repairs needed

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — A newly built Qatari offshore rig will need several months of repairs and maintenance after an accident off the Gulf nation's coast, its owner said Tuesday. The rig is owned by the company's Gulf Drilling International division, while Denmark-based Maersk Oil operates the overall al-Shaheen field.
