MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J. (AP) — A gun with a colorful history is going to be transported from New Jersey to a mob-themed museum in Las Vegas. The gun belonged to late IRS criminal investigator Michael Malone, who was instrumental in bringing down legendary mobster Al Capone. The Smith & Wesson .38 special is believed to have been used by Malone when he went undercover to infiltrate Capone's organization, and it may have come from Capone's men.
