In a video played for jurors, Holmes tells state-appointed psychiatrist William Reid that his mind was "falling apart," he had been diagnosed with mononucleosis, and his first romantic relationship was ending. Amazon expands cloud computing in central Ohio, for 1,000 total jobs; will collect sales taxes

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Amazon has announced a Midwest expansion in Ohio that will include 1,000 well-paying jobs over the next several years. Vice President Paul Misener (MEYEZ-nuhr) says Amazon.com also will voluntarily begin collecting sales taxes from online customers in Ohio on Monday as part of the deal.

Report: Health insurer Humana considers a sale, stock soars to new highs

Humana shares soared to record heights Friday afternoon on speculation that the company, one of the nation's biggest health insurers, might be up for sale. The Wall Street Journal reported Friday that Humana is considering a sale and has received takeover interest. A Humana spokesman did not immediately return a call from The Associated Press seeking comment.

FEMA begins reviewing Sandy flood insurance claims; homeowners allege damages underestimated

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — The Federal Emergency Management Agency said Friday it has begun reviewing flood insurance claims of Superstorm Sandy victims, some of whom have said their damages were underestimated. The development comes after FEMA announced plans to set up a review process in March and as some homeowners allege insurance companies unfairly assessed damage after the October 2012 storm that killed 71 people in New Jersey and 68 in New York. Insurers have denied any wrongdoing.
