Haemonetics reports 4th-quarter loss of $2.9 million

BRAINTREE, Mass. (AP) _ Haemonetics Corp. (HAE) on Monday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $2.9 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier. The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 51 cents per share.

INC Research beats 1Q profit and revenue expectations

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) _ INC Research Holdings Inc. (INCR) on Monday reported first-quarter profit of $25.3 million. On a per-share basis, the Raleigh, North Carolina-based company said it had profit of 40 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 42 cents per share. The results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 28 cents per share.

MOOREFIELD, W.Va. (AP) _ Summit Financial Group Inc. (SMMF) on Monday reported first-quarter profit of $4.3 million. The Moorefield, West Virginia-based bank said it had earnings of 41 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 42 cents per share. The financial holding company posted revenue of $14.7 million in the period.
