ALACHUA, Fla. (AP) _ AxoGen Inc. (AXGN) on Thursday reported a loss of $6.5 million in its fourth quarter. On a per-share basis, the Alachua, Florida-based company said it had a loss of 36 cents. The regenerative medicine company posted revenue of $4.8 million in the period. For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $17.7 million, or 99 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $16.8 million.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A sex discrimination trial against one of Silicon Valley's most prestigious venture capital firms is providing a rare peek into the elite investment companies vying to fund the next Google and Amazon. Pao's lawsuit goes further, describing Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers as an old-boys club where women allegedly were excluded from parties at former Vice President Al Gore's house, asked to take notes at a meeting like secretaries and subjected to harassment and boorish behavior by their male colleagues such as a conversation about porn stars and a trip to the Playboy Mansion aboard a private jet.

NEW YORK (AP) — A Delta jetliner landing at LaGuardia Airport in a driving snowstorm on Thursday skidded off a runway and crashed through a chain-link fence, its nose coming to rest on a berm at the edge of an icy bay. Passenger Malcolm Duckett, a marketing executive from Georgia who was seated near the left wing, called the landing "scary" and said he was thankful the plane didn't end up in Flushing Bay. He said he and other passengers were told they had to exit over the right wing because one of the doors was too close to the water.

MINNETONKA, Minn. (AP) _ Communications Systems Inc. (JCS) on Thursday reported a loss of $1 million in its fourth quarter. On a per-share basis, the Minnetonka, Minnesota-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents. The broadband network services company posted revenue of $27.2 million in the period.
