ZURICH (AP) — The Latest on FIFA developments: 9:39 p.m. (1939 GMT, 3:39 p.m. EDT) Following a U.S. extradition request, a judge in Buenos Aires has ordered the arrest of three Argentine businessmen in connection with the FIFA corruption scandal. Judge Marcelo Martinez de Giorgi told local radio Thursday that he has issued arrest orders for Alejandro Burzaco, the president of Argentine sports marketing firm Torneos y Competencias, as well as Mariano and Hugo Jinkis, the owners of Argentina-based sports media business Full Play.

Deckers posts 4Q profit, results top Street expectations

GOLETA, Calif. (AP) _ Deckers Outdoor Corp. (DECK) on Thursday reported fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $1.4 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier. On a per-share basis, the Goleta, California-based company said it had profit of 4 cents. The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of 11 analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was breakeven on a per-share basis.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — A Silicon Valley startup says it's shutting down operations and shifting to a new business model after it was blamed earlier this year for turning Lenovo computer users into targets for annoying web ads — and hackers. Superfish still faces consumer lawsuits filed after researchers found a security flaw in its software on Lenovo laptops, which could have exposed users to hackers.
