NEW YORK (AP) — Billionaire businessman Charles G. Koch is working on a book in which he offers advice on management and entrepreneurship. According to Crown, a Penguin Random House imprint, the book will detail Koch's "management principles and business philosophy." Koch says in a statement issued through Crown that he hopes that Koch Industries Inc.'s trademarked "Market-Based Management" approach will be a model for others. The 79-year-old Koch also wrote about Market-Based Management in the 2007 book "The Science of Success."

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The $150,000 pearl-adorned dress Lupita Nyong'o wore to this year's Academy Awards has been reported stolen, sheriff's officials said Thursday. Bowman said Nyong'o was present when deputies took the report, but she wasn't in her room when the elaborate gown was taken. The custom ivory dress designed by Costa included 6,000 pearls of various sizes.

DENVER (AP) — An activist group on Thursday backed off its earlier announcement that it would to try to get a statewide ban on hydraulic fracturing on the Colorado ballot and said it would instead try to persuade Gov. John Hickenlooper to halt the practice. "He should do the right thing and protect Colorado citizens, but if he doesn't, we'll look at other ways to achieve our goal, and our goal is to ban fracking in the state of Colorado," she said.
