WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) — An emergency manager says this week's fire at a Williston oil field supply company likely burned dozens of different chemicals that were stored there. He also said the half-mile voluntary evacuation zone that was cordoned off has been lifted since the fire is mostly out. North Dakota Department of Health Air Quality Division director Terry O'Clair says air quality tests at the site showed levels "that would not raise concern."

US Fish and Wildlife proposes limiting trade of 5 snake species, including boa constrictor

HONOLULU (AP) — The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is proposing strict nationwide limits on importing and shipping boa constrictors and four other snake species. The other species are reticulated python, green anaconda, Beni anaconda and DeSchauensee's anaconda. The agency says most of the snakes enter the U.S. as pets. Many are released by owners when they grow too big, and other pet snakes escape from inadequately secured pens.
