Site plan approved for ND natural gas processor

An energy company has received approval to start construction of a new natural gas processing plant in northwestern North Dakota. The Oneok company says the plant will cost $160 million and be able to process 100 million cubic feet of natural gas each day. Oneok is based in Tulsa, Okla. The company already has built one natural gas processing plant at the site near Watford City. Another one is under construction. North Dakota's Public Service Commission approved the site plan for a third plant on Wednesday.

KeyCorp names Donald Kimble as its CFO

KeyCorp has named Donald R. Kimble as its new chief financial officer. The parent of KeyBank, which is based in Cleveland, announced earlier this month that Jeffrey Weeden planned to retire from the role. Kimble previously served as CFO at Huntington Bancshares Inc. As CFO for KeyCorp., Kimble will be responsible for the company's financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve assets and report accurate financial results.
